BOOKING CONDITION:

Booking status may be considered as confirmed only after receiving via e-mail all the information required by our staff. Once you get an e-mail note confirmation from us, you can consider valid your booking (according to the availability). We kindly ask you to verify the accuracy of our booking confirmation and please contact us if anything in the aforesaid document is not complete or incorrect, since it may be difficult to modify it after.

By making a reservation, the one who completes the process is identified as the leader of the group and confirming that it is authorized by the other participants to accept to these TERMS AND CONDITIONS. The group leader is responsible for all payments due to us. As a guarantee of your reservation we require a valid credit card number or a deposit equal to the cost of the first night stay multiplied by the number of rooms booked. The contract is considered valid once we send you back the booking confirmation. The aforesaid contract is subject to Italian law and both parties agree that any disputes shall be the responsibility of the Italian Law with jurisdiction to Pescara (PE).

ROOM ASSIGNMENT:

When you book your stay, your room would be assigned according to reservation order, number of guests per room, pets or any particular needs that have to be expressly specified at the moment of your reservation. All the rooms provide the same amenities and services and they can not be changed upon your arrival at the hotel. In order to ensure a better stay for our guests, the direction can replace the room, on your request, according to the momentary availability.

PRICES:

Price currency is Euro – VAT included and the cost is referred to bed and breakfast service. Tourist tax is not included in the cost and it may be charged lated, according to the local laws.

We own the right of increasing or decreasing the rates at any time. The price of your staying will be however confirmed as soon as you make the booking.

Surcharges: € 15.00 per night in bed / cot for 0-2 years old children .

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In the event that you or any participant of your group needs to cancel the stay after the booking confirmation, the leader of the group is required to notify us immediately by e-mail: info@tenutatestarossa.it. If the cancellation occurs within 15 days prior to arrival day you will not incur any penalty, and the entire deposit, if paid, will be refunded.

In case of non respect of conditions above or in case of no-show at the property within check-in times , you will incur a penalty equal to the amount corresponding to one night’s stay multiplied by the number of rooms booked in addition to any additional services required.
In case of early departure you will be charged the full cost of the stay as well as any additional services required.

CHECK-IN:

Check-in is between 1.00 pm and 4.00 pm.
At the check-in moment, guests must present and/or report:

  • Booking voucher;
  • Eligible ID for registration and entry, according to law and related communications to the authorities in charge;
  • In case of minors, they must be accompanied by at least one parent or be provided with an appropriate certificate signed by the same one;
  • Any food intolerance or allergy.

In order to offer you our best service, please inform us in case of earlier or later check-in by e-mail.

CHECK-OUT:

Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am, no exceptions. Every guest at the end of stay must return the keys.

PAYMENT:

The payment of your stay and any extra services can be honored during the check-out through the following payment methods.

BEHAVIOUR:

Upon booking, you accept the responsibility for any damage or loss caused by you or by a participant in your group. You must immediately pay for any damage or loss caused, directly to the administrator / manager or the service provided. If you fail to do so, you will be responsible for any lawsuit filed against you and you will be required full payment of our legal costs and also those of any third party involved.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES:

POOL:

The pool is open from 9.00 am to 7.00 pm with mandatory use of bathing cap and appropriate footwear (not purchased at our hotel) for access to the pool deck. Children under 16 years can access to the pool only if accompanied by an adult. The regulation that governs the use of the pool can be found in the Tenuta Testarossa, once you arrive. We recommend our guests to read it carefully.

PETS:

We accept small dogs/cats, upon notice and acceptance of our facility without paying anything extra. They are allowed to stay in ‘meal area’ and must be conducted on a leash in public areas and outside the structure.

LUNCH AND DINNER:

The additional service for lunch and dinner is a daily set menu that must be booked with the receptionist before 11.00 am for lunch and before 3.00 pm for dinner. The reservation are binding.
N.B. Any food intolerances and / or allergies should be reported at time of booking.

PARKING:

There is free parking only in designated areas, expressly indicated by the direction. It is a not guarded parking, so the structure is not liable for any damage and / or theft.

SPECIAL REQUESTS AND HEALTH PROBLEMS:

If you have any special requests, we kindly ask you to give us prior communication at the time of booking. Although we will try to satisfy all reasonable requests, we can not guarantee every request unless with a written confirmation. You will get a written confirmation to your request (if possible) if the request is crucial for you. Confirmation that the request has been notified or sent to the supplier or included in the special requests on the receipt or any other document, is not confirmation that the request will be satisfied . If you or any person you know should have a health problem or disability that might influence on the course of your vacation, please communicate it before the booking confirmation. If we were to assume, reasonably, that we can not meet the special needs you reported, we reserve the right to decline your booking or, if such information is not received at the time of booking, then it will not be considered.

GENERAL ASPECTS:

Since the Tenuta is placed in the National Park of Gran Sasso and Monti della Laga, it is served by a white road access about 800m variable slope. We recommend you to proceed at slow speed.

DISCLAIMER CLAUSE:

Neither we nor any of our members, managers, employees and representatives may be liable to you and to natural or legal persons connected or related to you only for direct damages actually suffered and paid as a direct result of a failure to fulfill our obligations in the provision of services that we would have to provide. The compensation (including costs of legal assistance) will in any event be limited to the total cost of your booking. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in any case, neither we nor any of our members, managers, employees, representatives, consultants, affiliates, group companies, partners, affiliates (of distribution), licensees, agents or people involved in the production, sponsorship , promotion or dissemination of the website and its content, will we be liable for: (I) loss or punitive damages, special, indirect or consequential damages, for no loss of production, profit, income, contract, for injury or damage to the good name and reputation or to the loss of the right, (II ) for the inadequacy of information (descriptive) of our services made available on our website, (III) the services rendered or the products offered by our website, (IV) for damages (direct, indirect, consequential or punitive), for losses or costs incurred and paid due to the inability to use or delay of our website, arising out of or related to its use, or (V) for personal injury, property or other types of damage (direct, indirect, special, consequential or punitive), for losses or costs incurred and paid for the shares (Legal), errors, violations, fault and negligence (serious), willful misconduct, omissions, misrepresentation, breach of contract, what no contract, or objective for an unlawful act attributable (partially or totally) to an outside agency that will be served to book out any of our services. In no case nor the structure, nor any of its members, managers, employees and representatives may be liable for damage, loss or theft of property of the guest/guests objects during their stay.

Terms and conditions here above – and any subsequent amendments and additions made – apply to all our services available online, either directly or indirectly (through distributors), through any mobile device, by email or by phone. By accessing our website, visiting it, and / or using any of the applications available through any platform (hereafter referred to as “website”), and / or making a reservation, you declare that you have read, understood and accepted (even to meaning and for the purposes of arts. 1341 and 1342 of the Italian civil Code) the terms and conditions contained herein.

Tenuta Testarossa provides the recording and processing of personal data of the guests in accordance with the rules laid down in DL No. 196 of 30 June 2003 laying down the principle according to which the same data will be respected for human rights, dignity and privacy of the person concerned.
